Letterhead Design by Diamond Graphic and Web Design – printing & delivery included.
A4 branded letterheads add a personal touch to your communications. Printing will be on high quality uncoated matt paper from a choice of three paper weights: the value everyday 90gsm, 120gsm, and the superior 160gsm. Also have a think about how many you need – 100 is the minimum, up to 5000.
Quantities below 500 are digitally printed and only suitable for use with inkjet printers. Higher quantities are suitable for both inkjet and laser printers.
How It Works

- You tell me what you want and I’ll put together a package tailored for you
- I get back to you with a quote which is valid for 2 weeks
- If you wish to proceed, you pay a 25% non-refundable deposit
- I send you up to two designs (the 1st proof)
- You then choose your preferred design and indicate any changes
- Changes will be made (if required) and I will send you the 2nd proof
- Changes will be made (if required) and I will send you the 3rd proof
- Upon your approval of the 3rd / final proof, the outstanding balance is due
- Letterheads will be printed and delivered
Pricing
The high number of options makes it difficult to list prices. Contact me and we’ll come up with a package tailored to your needs and I’ll provide you with a very competitive quote. Design, printing and delivery are included (no VAT payable unless your material is used as admission to premises, offers a discount, or has an area designed to be written on).
